DCW Squared LLC., is licensed, incorporated, and headquartered in the US Virgin Islands with offices on St. Croix and St. Thomas. Branch offices can be found in Asheville North Carolina, Houston Texas, and Miami Florida. We are a management and consulting firm focused on non-profit/NGOs management, engineering support, construction management, disaster recovery projects and environmental related disciplines.

Our principal members started working together in 2005 when deployed to Iraq by a major international A&E firm, in support of the US Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC), the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC). By 2009 the team was managing projects in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, Kenya, Kuwait, Qatar and Romania where we successfully delivered over $4 billion US Dollars in buildings and infrastructure work by the end of 2016.

Starting at the end of 2017 the team again came together, this time in the US Virgin Islands, for relief efforts in the aftermath of Super Storms Irma & Maria. They set up, managed and closed out the FEMA funded Emergency Home Repair of the Virgin Islands (EHRVI) Program for the VI Housing Finance Authority, serving over 9,000 homes in 14 months.

In mid-2020, we decided it was time to break out on our own and the team of Dodson, Costin, Woestendiek and Woestendiek became DCW Squared, LLC, with combined management experience of well over 100 years.
