LEED consulting services
The first and foremost role of the PMO is to provide necessary project management support in the form of guidance to program/project managers (PM) of an organization. PMO is also responsible for coaching new PMs on various ways an organization can run projects.
The team at DCW Squared, LLC has the technical knowledge to consult and help you and you program manager to create a LEED Management Plan for your specific needs. This service will be included in the overall scope of work if we represent you as either the Program Manager of the Client Representative.
